SUNDAY NIGHT: Trick-or-treat will certainly be more “treat” this year than “tip”. The sky will be partly cloudy to clear. Winds will be light and variable at 5-10 mph. That night and Thursday morning the winds will gust to nearly 40 mph when a cold front sets in. Thursday will be sunny with cold winds and a high of 67. Friday the winds start to warm us up. at 77. Saturday will be sunny, warm and windy with a high of 82. Cooler winds with a second cold front will arrive on Sunday, dropping the maximum to 75.
