King County May See Snow This Week | Weather forecast from December 14 to 17

King County and the Puget Sound area may see snow this week, according to the national weather service. Here is the forecast for the Seattle area:

Tuesday December 14: Risk of rain and snow before 10 a.m., then risk of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high of near 42 degrees. Wind southwest 11 to 14 mph, with gusts of up to 20 mph. The probability of precipitation is 40%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Tuesday evening, there is a chance of rain before 4 a.m., then a chance of rain and snow. Mainly cloudy with a constant temperature around 39. Wind southerly 7-10 mph. The probability of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Wednesday December 15: Rain and snow, mainly after 10 a.m. Maximum near 41 degrees. Winds east southeast at 6 to 10 mph. The probability of precipitation is 80%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Wednesday night expect rain. Low around 38 degrees. Winds southeast at about 6 mph. The probability of precipitation is 80%. Further precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are possible.

Thursday December 16: 50 percent chance of rain, mainly before 4 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high of near 42 degrees. Thursday night and night, there is a 20 percent chance of rain before 10 p.m. Cloudy with a low of around 36 degrees.

Friday December 17: Rain likely, mainly after 4 p.m. Cloudy, with a high of near 42 degrees. Friday night it will rain. The weather will be cloudy, with a low around 38 degrees.
