JR’s Tuesday Night Weather Report | Provide

In the wake of a cool front that swept across lower Michigan late Monday, much more pleasant conditions have settled in the region. Skies were clearer, temperatures were comfortable, and more importantly, humidity levels were noticeably lower. Morning temps started mostly in the 50s and ran into the 70s during the afternoon. Overnight, temperatures will drop a little more into the 50s with clear skies.

Wednesday is going to be a dandy for a day across Mid-Michigan. While temperatures will start the day a little below ‘normal’, readings will recover quickly thanks to bright blue skies. Around noon, temperatures will approach the 80 degree mark with light west-southwesterly winds. Highs for the day will generally be in the mid-80s. Our “normal” high temperature is now 81 degrees.

A little cloud cover and some watering will be possible from Wednesday evening until Thursday morning. However, don’t cancel any plans you may have made for Thursday, as we’ll be right back in sunny skies. Friday will also be clear and sunny as temperatures remain very comfortable heading into the weekend. On ABC12 News, we’ll let you know if you’ll have to pull out the umbrella again this weekend. -JR
